Before you order
What's included every month?
Business cards, email signatures and personalised email addresses for your whole team, a new flyer every month, your website, and your domain and hosting, plus the everyday extras your brand needs. Every business is different, so the package can be adjusted to fit yours.
Is my website really part of the package?
Yes. Website design, your domain and your hosting are all included, so there's no separate web company to deal with. If you ever need something beyond the package, I'll quote it separately before any work starts.
How do I ask for something new?
However suits you: WhatsApp, email or a phone call. You deal with me directly, not a call centre or an account manager.
How quickly will I get my designs?
Most design work is turned around within 24 hours. Bigger jobs, like new pages on your website, take a little longer, and I'll give you a clear timeline before I start.
When do I pay?
After you order, I'll get in touch to confirm what you need. Design work starts as soon as your first month's payment reflects, and after that the package is paid monthly.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Just like my hosted websites, the Business Package needs three calendar months' written notice by email, and the monthly fee stays payable during those three months. Read the terms and conditions
Are payments refundable?
No, payments aren't refundable. That's exactly why I confirm everything with you before your first payment, so you know what you're getting.
